31st Road Safety Week celebrated with an aim to raise public awareness about Traffic Rules and even joined hand with the Punjab Police to provide logistic support to the Road Safety Campaign. On this occasion, ACP (Traffic) S. Gurdev Singh Ji conducted a program on Road Safety Measures. He delivered brilliant words to acquaint everyone with the traffic rules and create consciousness among students to avoid the perils of road accidents. The President of Rule Follower Club (NGO), Mr. Kundan Kumar guided the students about Self Defence and Members of Civil Defence Team demonstrated First Aid Training to avoid major injuries. A road-chain was carried out by the students holding the slogans and placards to make general public aware of the Road Safety Rules.
To conclude this occasion, the school Principal, Upasna Modgil gave a vote of thanks and addressing the audience, she said how important it is to follow Road Safety Rules which can save so many innocent lives.
